Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Freight Tools at freightcalc.app, including the free calculators, paid exports and the Pro subscription. By using the site you agree to them.

The calculators

The calculators are free and give estimates for planning only. Carrier divisors, NMFC freight classes, container and trailer specs and tariffs change and vary by service, lane and contract. Confirm figures with your carrier before you book, quote or sign anything.

Paid exports and Pro

• A single export ($4.99) is one calculation delivered as a PDF and an Excel file.
• Pro ($9 per month) gives unlimited exports and white-label embeds while the subscription is active. It renews monthly until you cancel; after cancelling you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Your Pro ID unlocks Pro. Keep it to yourself apart from your own embed code; we may suspend an ID that is shared or abused.

Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, who is the seller for each transaction and handles tax. Creem's buyer terms apply to the payment. Prices are in US dollars, plus tax where it applies.

Refunds

If an export or Pro isn't what you needed, email hello@freightcalc.appwithin 14 days of the charge from the address you paid with, and we'll refund it. Creem issues the refund to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.

Embeds

You may embed the calculators on your own site using the code on the embed page. Free embeds must keep the Freight Tools link. White-label embeds require an active Pro subscription and revert to the free version if it ends.

Liability

The site and files are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Freight Tools is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made on its estimates. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
