- •Pack the goods and make them available at the agreed point
- •Provide commercial invoice and any information the buyer needs
Buyer
- •Load the goods and arrange all transport
- •Clear the goods for export and import
- •Bear all costs and risk from the seller's door
Watch out
Maximum buyer obligation. Often impractical for cross-border trade because the buyer cannot easily handle export formalities — FCA is usually the better choice.
